• You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before submitting to employers
• You must not use the Service to generate false or misleading information
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Important: AI-generated resume optimizations and cover letters are suggestions only. We do not guarantee that using our Service will result in job interviews or employment. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and using any AI-generated content. AI may occasionally produce inaccurate or suboptimal suggestions.

5. Payments and Refunds

• Free tier: Resume compliance check and scoring at no cost
• Paid plans: Processed securely via PayPal
• Refund policy: Contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund if the Service does not meet your expectations
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice

6. Intellectual Property

• Your content: You retain all rights to your resume text and personal information
• AI output: Cover letters and optimized resumes generated by our AI are yours to use freely
• Our Service: The AIResume.world brand, design, code, and compliance rules database are our intellectual property

7. Limitation of Liability

AIResume.world is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Job application outcomes based on our suggestions
• Accuracy of country-specific compliance rules (laws change; always verify with official sources)
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Third-party job platform actions or policies

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms, abuse of the platform, or any other reason at our discretion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
